Shipping
All of our parcels are shipped at our office by TNT and UPS and redistributed them immediately to their final destination within the same day.
Tracking
On confirmation of your order, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to follow your goodie box to its destination on TNT's or UPS' website. In most cases, you will only be able to start following your package the next business day. For international deliveries, tracking is typically limited until your goodie box reaches the country of destination - although that varies from country to country.
Delivery & Collection
In Italy, for orders received before 2pm between Monday and Thursday, we aim to deliver your Ciboitalico delicacies the next business day. Although in certain cases the delivery may get delayed due to the address specified or reasons beyond our control – please refer also to our Terms of Sale.
For international shipments, our courier service will deliver your package as per the delivery service you selected when you ordered. From experience, international shipments typically take 3-5 business days. Orders received on a Friday will generally be shipped the following Monday. National holidays are treated as Sundays - we will follow the same procedures as a regular Friday on the day prior to a national holiday.
The courier will deliver your goodies to the address specified. Should you be unable to take delivery, you will receive a note indicating where the next collection station is for you to collect the package in person. Kindly note that you will have five 5 business day to collect your goods before they go back to Ciboitalico. You will be liable to cover reasonable costs for the shipment back to our warehouse.

Please make sure to include the invoice you received with your delivery.
We will reimburse you for your returns. Depending on your payment method, it may take some time for the refund to come through, although in most cases you should receive your funds within 10 business days (2 weeks).
Please note that we can't accept returns in the following instances:
- The goodies you received were specifically exclusively sourced and shipped for you and are not part of Paeonia's regular product offering;
- Goods that are unsuitable for shipment due to their properties and conditions;
- Perishable goods.
Value Added Taxes (V.A.T.) & Customs
For shipments outside of the EU, we will not charge you Italian V.A.T. Depending on your shipping destination, customs and national V.A.T. may be levied. Should you have specific question as it relates to these, please contact us directly.
